We've determined to eat "Clean" for the year. We've already been eating fairly clean, but now we're implementing recipes from Tosca Rena's Clean Eating Magazine as well as recreating some old favorites and finding new recipes wherever we can. Do you need a quick fix to go with your Vegetable Soup? We had a loaf of all natural multi-grain bread, some leftover bruschetta with extra garlic... so my Hubby fixed up some quick garlic bread to go with out soup.
Brush bread slices with bruschetta & stick under the broiler for about 3-5 minutes
Top with finely shredded Mozzarella & Broil for another minute or two until the cheese is melted.
This was DELICIOUS with our soup for lunch... now, off to go do more training for our biking adventure!
