I'm a sugar addict. I can't have refined stuff at all without getting completely stuck back on it again.
I certainly feel 1000000x better when I don't have ANY of it!
We've determined to eat "Clean" for the year. We've already been eating fairly clean, but now we're implementing recipes from Tosca Rena's Clean Eating Magazine as well as recreating some old favorites and finding new recipes wherever we can.
