4-5 cups of skim milk or coconut milk
1/4 c of vanilla protein powder (We used the Attain Vanilla powder from Meleluca, but you can use whatever you have on hand. I've also used other kinds with similar results)
1/4 cup of arrowroot powder
1/8 cup of xylitol/Stevia
1/4 cup of coconut
1/4 cup of coconut, toasted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
|If you like, you can spread some coconut on a pan and put it under the broiler for a minute or two to toast it as a nice topping for the serving bowls.|
